Treatment with a Certified Athletic Therapist can include:
- Soft-Tissue Release and massage
- Joint Mobilization
- Modalities (EMS, TENS, Ultrasound and more)
- Cupping technique
- NKT technique
- Fascia release technique
- Taping ( Athletic and Kinesio-tape)
- Exercises prescription and monitoring
- Home Exercises Plan ( send by email)

No need of equipment. Your certified AT will bring the necessary to your home.

Initial assessment include:

-Medical History intake
-Functional movement and posture analysis
-Orthopedic evaluation of musculoskeletal injuries and concussion
-Manual therapy and exercises prescription
-Home rehabilitation plan (send by email)

No need of equipment. Your certified AT will bring the necessary!

Private Essentrics training Session

1 hr$50

1 on 1 private Essentrics session.
60min
Group of 1 to 3 participants maximum.
Include consultation and postural assessment to determine the objectifs of sessions. A program tailored for the condition and level of participants.
Great for injury rehabilitation/prevention, chronic pain, improve fitness ( flexibility/strength) and working on sports performance.
Service available virtual (teleport) or in-person ( home visit , studio, outdoor)
